Ordering and Payment
Orders may be placed either through the Contact Us form or by telephone. Our priority is to provide you with exactly what you want in a planter or window box. Please feel free to contact us with questions or to discuss design options. Settling on the right design parameters is an interactive process and we are available help you develop the perfect addition to the beauty of your home.
Once you have decided on your order and conveyed your wishes to us, we will email you a quote and drawing(s). The quote will describe exactly what is to be built for you as presented on the dimensioned drawings for your approval. Any fine-tuning may be done at that time.
Upon your approval of the quote, we will email you an invoice with all costs broken down into line items. A 50% deposit is required for work to begin. The invoice will have a link that will enable you to make your payment through PayPal.
Your planters and/or window boxes should take no longer than three weeks to complete and will generally be ready in less time. Delivery and installation services are available withiin 25 miles of central New York zip code 13035 and costs for these services will be quoted in the invoice. Likewise, if the items are to be shipped, crating, shipping and insurance costs will be quoted. Shipments will be insured for the amount of your order. For orders to be shipped outside our service area, we will be pleased to provide you with instructions for installing your window boxes. Window boxes can be installed on virtually any type of house construction material with either internal or external brackets. Details on this can be worked out as part of the initial design process. Orders will be delivered upon receipt of payment of the remaining balance.
